Buck ’s Trail My trail has taken many twists and turns. Sometimes it has been rough, sometimes smooth, but has always moved forward, even if that meant two steps forward and one back. Through the years I have experienced many business challenges and that almost always leads to opportunities. I have worked with business start-ups, reorganizations and businesses needing improvement to move up to the next level. I have enjoyed exposure to a wide variety of industries. The sum total of these experiences is that through it all, I’ve “been there and done that.” In today’s business climate with its possible serious problems for almost all businesses, having been down the trails I’ve taken has proven to be a big help to others. For the past 10 years I have found great pleasure and reward in working with companies in a great variety of industries – helping them to achieve MORE REVENUE – MORE PROFITS through the integration of an effective sales and marketing plan with world class production services These production services include
graphic design, printing, mailing and fulfillment services, the web,
web casts, multimedia, video and photography. I’ve had the
good fortune of building a team - a really great team, of really great people
who are very good at what they do, and we do it together as BUCKAZ.
This translates into being able to help my clients achieve the goals
they have set for themselves. |

I have found that what I do for my clients is both exciting and rewarding. Whether it’s mission critical or just activities in the normal daily flow of business, I know I am being counted on to work with my team and deliver – on time, on budget and with the quality that is expected. I do that with the help of my team. As some have said – “We couldn’t have done it without you.” I hope you take a few minutes and read the story of my trail from the beginning to the present. You can read the short story or, if you prefer, you can continue with the novel. Hope to see ya soon… BUCK |

Buck's Trail 1963 - 2009 Since 1963, Buck has started, operated, merged and sold companies. Some successes and a few he’d rather forget about, except he learned a lot. When he was driving he batted 1,000; when he didn’t, he didn’t. Buck has been a CEO or COO of small or mid-sized businesses. He has extensive P&L experience. Professional disciplines, including his turnaround experiences, include all phases of general management, finance/accounting, sales, marketing, new product launches, strategic planning, due diligence, franchising, and mergers/acquisitions. He has led start-ups, reorganizations and turnarounds of businesses and cultures with significant improvements in long-term strategy and profits. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, both debt and equity. He has handled several Chapter 11s, including a pre-negotiated package. He also has over 10 years experience in the international marketplace, including most major countries in the world. Industry experience includes aerospace; electronics distribution; the soft drink beverage industry, both distribution and contract manufacturing; leasing and financing; quarter horse breeding; as well as printing and graphics. In the past 10 years Buck has also worked with companies in the healthcare, hospitality, financial planning, retail, insurance, non-profit and education fields, just to name a few. He has led start-up companies to companies with 300 employees/$100 million in sales as well as those in between. The end game has always been MORE REVENUE – MORE PROFITS. COMPANIES NORMALLY DON’T FAIL BECAUSE OF MORE REVENUE – MORE PROFITS. (Unless, of course, they screw up their balance sheet in the process) |
